1. Is it true that we are not allowed to say nafs along with fajr and asr namaz? If so, then what is the reason for it?

2. Can we say namaz along the azaan or should we wait for it to finish and then start our prayer?

1. Do you ask for the reason of why 3 farz for maghrib and not 4? then why ask for reason of why no nafl in fajr and asr. Simple answer is that Allah wanted it this way.

2. **Yes we can. We can pray Namaz even before Azan as long as the time of that Namaz has started. **

3. For known Qaza, you do Rakaat for Rakaat just the way you do the actual namaz (known Qaza is like the one you missed this morning). For unknown ones (and this is what I heard), you recite sura in all Rakats instead of just in rakat number 1 and 2. Unknown Qaza are the one that we called Qaza-e-Umari.

Also, you perform Qaza for all farz and witr of isha. No qaza for sunnat prayers.

true that you can offer it as long as its the time for that particular namaz but if you are in an area where azaan is hearable then its “preferred” to wait for azan.
