Question No. 104: Typically, the Qur'an mentions the 'Heavens' before the 'Earth', as in 'Allah created the heavens and earth'. How many times in the Qur'an does the opoosite occur [Earth mentioned before 'Heaven], and where?

If questions is about occurrences where “creation” of earth is mentioned before heavens (as example given in question [Allah created the heavens and earth]), then may be there is no such occurrence or i just could not find it. However, if mere mentioning of earth before heavens in aspects other than “creation” then it happened twice, both in Surah Al Baqara (al Baqara 22, Al Baqara 29) arabic text attached…

Q.104.

14:38- Our Lord, indeed You know what we conceal and what we declare, and nothing is hidden from Allah on the earth or in the heaven.

14:48- [It will be] on the Day the *earth will be replaced by another earth, and the heavens *[as well], and all creatures will come out before Allah , the One, the Prevailing.

20:4- A revelation from He who created the earth and highest heavens,

29:22- And you will not cause failure [to Allah ] upon the earth or in the heaven. And you have not other than Allah any protector or any helper.
