Yes Aaliya/Aliya/Aaliyya(h) is a muslim name and it means the highest/Noble/excellent/Up/High .... the root word is Ali

I dont know if anyone watches Breakfast with Nadia Khan , on ARYdigital cuz they were talking about how a name affects a persons life etc..well my parents wanted to get my name changed but couldnt decide what would be good.. cuz something can also give a bad affect on you...right now my name is Maham ....but i dont know what it should be changed to...how does it work,,,ii need help!
