any body can please share how, why & what is written on an Islamic Marital Contract.
i would like to know, whether people have been successful in getting endorsed in an Islamic marriage contract, what we also call prenuptial agreement clauses & what are the guidelines for writing marital contract. does the groom or the bride gets to see the final draft before wedding and signing it?
what are the essential, standard & untainted components of an Islamic marital contract?
I am confused... I was always under the impression that there is only one marriage doucment in Islam which is "Nikaah Naama" ... Are you refering to that?

The Nikah Nama as it may also be called is a contract that spells out a pre-nuptial agreement, agreed upon by both parties, it has to declare what the Haq Mehr amount is, half of the amount is due before the Marraige is consumated, and the other half is what the wife recieves in case of a divorce. and She has the right to waive that altogether.
I would like to know about abt [FONT="]Temporary marriage ...I mean u do the contract for soem time period ...on certain condtions ...If conditions fulfil u wil contiue ...otherwise not after tht time period ...whts Islam says about it T Marriage....
^ Temporary marriage isn't accepted in all sects/societies, keep in mind...
Basically the woman says::
*Zawajtuka nafsi fil muddatil ma'loomati 'alal mahril ma'loom. * "I have made myself your wife for an agreed period and agreed Mahr."
And the man replies: Qabiltu. "I have accepted."
