don’t know what this guy said, but to me, in a State/Country where common can live with peace and respect, where justice is not sold throw agents (lawyers), where medical treatment is not a business and where education is provided as duty and right of the child is called a Islamic Mumlekat.

So… Scandinavian countries are the best examples of Islamic Mumlikats.
