don't know what this guy said, but to me, in a State/Country where common can live with peace and respect, where justice is not sold throw agents (lawyers), where medical treatment is not a business and where education is provided as duty and right of the child is called a Islamic Mumlekat.

True and that is why, despite their geo-political position, they have been blessed.
Scandinavian Countries or any country for that matter which care for humanity and believe in humanity can be quoted as best example of Islamic System for the state...
