Pearl does have a slight shine in that but I won’t call emboss the regular ones. They are the ones that you need to be extra careful to apply. When you are done applying the paint, you let them dry and then press them to make them embossed on the fabric. And the color seem to get dull after they are embossed so you cannot be sure if the contrast was fine or not. Do test on a sample fabric before you spend time using them on the actual dress.
