I think can help you with that. You can get them from Durrani's in Super market or check with saeed book bank in Jinnah Super. What type of fabric paints are you looking for anyway? Pearl and Embose? Or the liquid ones for silk? What brand do you use?
^ fabric paints are easily available from any good stationary shop. i once painted a suit in 'pearl' and brought them from 'peshawar more'. saeed book bank (jinnah super), or durrani, mr books have them for sure

Off topic, but I am curious - Are you a guy or a girl?
thanks ever so much guys , i really really appreciate this info .. you guys have saved me from Bhatk’ing like an aatma, in search of fabric paints , when i visit islamabad next
I dont remember what paints i bought last time, but whats the difference between pearl and emboss ? which one is the more shiny one? I remember the one I had last time was awesome on the cloth .. I had done them on cotton shirt and despite heavy washing the color didnt fade or come off , the shirt last me about 6 years !
pearl are the normal ones. witha bit of shine! and emboss are the ones, like after painting if you blow dry, or press from the back side of the cloth, it will emboss up on the cloth! if you know what i mean
Pearl does have a slight shine in that but I won't call emboss the regular ones. They are the ones that you need to be extra careful to apply. When you are done applying the paint, you let them dry and then press them to make them embossed on the fabric. And the color seem to get dull after they are embossed so you cannot be sure if the contrast was fine or not. Do test on a sample fabric before you spend time using them on the actual dress.
