Waqt News is reporting that the car and the woman with children were kidnapped...the family is from Islamabad while he is from Karachi.
why can't the police sharp shooters shoot him in the head? he clearly a threat to the family and the public.
i fail to understand why public is gathered and not being moved to a safer place...
