Would anybody on here happen to know about good English-medium schools in Islamabad that have a equally good Islamic curriculum and are not co-educational?
I have searched the forum and many good schools have been mentioned but none that seem to fit the above criteria.

I guess you should visit the schools yourself..
Make a list
and start visiting and ask questions to the administration

Sorry! I forgot to mention that I don't live in Pakistan.
I am in the UK and thinking of moving to Islamabad. I hope to visit there soon in order to check some places out but I wanted a good idea about the education available beforehand.
