These are known as the first three charkras. These charkras cannot be seen or recorded, doctors don`t see them on x-rays, however, they can be stimulated, activated, cleared out, a person can also feel their charkras and/or energy within them. The only food or drink that stimulates your lower nature in a good way are milk and dairy products, vegetables(except a few such a garlic and onions, mustards), natural sweeteners, black pepper is good for your lower nature.

Islam doesn’t believe in such things…Islam believes in just avoiding pork and a few non permissible items including alcohol…Otherwise eat, drink and be merry…
But in Ahadith, we are told to eat little keeping a little hunger for thinking…
