mere khayal say ek hadith mai huzoor(saw) nay kaha hai kay “when woman reaches the age of puberty she should cover everything except her face and hands!”

Islam mein a woman does not need to cover her face and this is totally supported by a hadith.
You folks really need to be including engish translations here. There should be NOTHING posted up here that is inaccurate when you're quoting Islam.
