Which religion is the most similar to islam, i think Judaism is most similar one example being we eat halal they eat kosher.
Do you think there is a religion that is some what alike to islam and which is it and why?

I think it'd be Sikhism? mainly because its also a monotheistic religion, had a system of caliphates/successors.. i.e 10 gurus after baba guru nanak, their teachings are similar to that of Islam, for example, idol worship is considered sin etc.. many similarities in tradition too, such as women are required to cover their head and men to keep beard. Though, since its my belief that Guru Nanak was a Muslim, therefore, a lot of his teachings were in accordance to Quran , but people in the latter years started makings amendments according to their likings. I could be wrong in the comparison of Sikhism with Islam, its just my understanding.. doesn't have to be right.
PS: i think every religion is similar to every other religion, because they all have some common principals grounds in one way or another.

^ ^ Sikhism looks like Islam only in appearance. but infect sikhs go to temples, worship all the gods and goddesses and do same pilgrimages and fasts. you can say it is somewhere in between Islam and Hinduism.
i think all Abrahamic religions are similar. Islam is very much same with Judaism and Christianity since all of them have same roots.
judaism may be a little different since it is not invented religion like christanity and islam but evolved religion like Hinduism

Islam is simmilar in appearance to many faiths.
It shares the core of the Abrahamic faiths but it has a spiritual and martial core too which is echoed by Zen and Sikhism.
I dont think anything quite compares to the buzz of Islam though, I can't picture myself as anything else.
