If all the people in the world started walking on their hands you would have a tough time and it would be very UNnatural. What Islam is teaching is very natural and eventually all will see that it is not asking you to do anything other than what is good for you , your family, and your country.
Fayax, you’re right. It does help some deal with life and brings them more fulfillment, which is just grand. For others it's not their bag, which is why Democracy that allows freedom of religion and freedom from religion such as in America is so grand.

UTD, I am not talking about someones bag (and yes I understand your use of the espression and yes pun is intended). I am talking about the life that people only get one chance to live.
You are comparing the great minds of Greeks and Romans ( who were almost all homosexual ) to a set of rules ordained by the the three major religions and their books.
Your choice, choose democracy dictated and originated by the greek gays or choose the right way.
For crying out loud those greeks even had naked statues of men all over athens. Would you want your little girl asking you what that is ?

God has given us a mind to think about those things. And if they make sense then follow them. If you dont follow them then someday you will realize that Islam could have helped you avoid a bad situation that you are in if you had followed some of it rules, without even converting.

I could care not what a person's sexuality preference is while you seem to be hung up on it, why is that? As far as the nude statues in Rome I find them to be great pieces of art, the human body isn't something to be embarrassed or afraid of as you seem to be, am I correct? I'll do what's right and follow my own moral compass that’s within me, I needn’t a book to tell me what is right and what is wrong. Those that do I can respect them as long as they don’t impede on my rights, fair enough?

Actually, the temples at Khujrao in India do have erotic sculptures. Sex is part of human behavior..it must be celerated.

What is deemd pornography vs art varies from culture to culture. I think that is why some of the more fundamentalist Muslims have an issue with Islam in the US.
