Islam, Humans & Ancient Gentic Engineering?

Since I come from a medical background, I thought this would be a good topic to post. The more I have continued my medical studies, the more I’ve come to the conclusion that the “evolution theory” will always remain a theory. The time which has elapsed for Humans to develop as complex as they are now is simply impossible to have occurred by the evolution theory. I’ve been trending more towards Islams’ view and in general the monotheistic religions concept of creationism by Allah.

Then I came across this video; I don’t profess to believe it 100% but when I look back at what the Quran says of the creation of Humans, our concept of what’s written seems so primitive and non-scientific. For example, Prophet Nuh’s “Ark” took every species on Earth…1 male…1 female. In the literal sense that almost seems impossible…but from a DNA point of view, that’s not impossible at all…it’s called DNA banks and those are spread all around the world today doing the exact same thing Prophet Nuh’s “ark” did.

I believe Humans in the past were more advanced and over time we lost our knowledge. When you read the Quran in the literal sense, some of it doesn’t make sense…but when you correlate it to “modern” technological advances, it actually makes sense. The point I’m making is, our view of religion is primitive and non-scientific…and that has actually led us backwards not forwards.

I think we really need to radically change our views of “where we come from”

Take a look at this video…it’s 30 minutes long and tell me what you think? Am I crazy? I hope not…

Sorry wrong video link....it's from "Ancient Aliens" documentary. Let me find it again.

Re: Islam, Humans & Ancient Gentic Engineering?

you come from a medical background, but you're not a scientist

hence your non-existent understanding of theories, geologic history, and hypothesis testing and much more
