Do go and do some research. I know you love to talk! The message of Islam is the same since the first Prophet. The religions you are talking about are not mid-east. They are all over the world. Especially the last message- Islam, came for the whole humanity. Don't post messages for the sake of posting messages.
Judge Islam with the same yard stick as you do Christianity and you will eventually embrace athiesm.
The Quran is also filled with contradictions… Check out this site!!

How come there are Sunni's, Shias and Saudi Wabbis? muslims? Do they each read something different? ....

Sunnis, Shias, Wahabis etc do not emerge out of Quran, actually Quran is the major COMMON point for all the sects. All sects emerge/rise from "Sunnah/Tradition" of the Prophet Mohammed PBUH.

It is you who needs to check the site out thoroughly. The facts have been presented in a distorted way. All arguments presented are baseless!
I am not a scholar. Present me with those so called contadictions. I will with the Grace of Allah answer them all. I am amazed at how the maker of the site has distorted truth. It can truly be from the Satan!
Answers to false claims:
there is always some mutual influense on relgious thoughts
There is some evidence of Buddhist activities in the ancient Middle East, and the possibility has been suggested of Buddhist influence on Judaism and, therefore, on the rise of Christianity.
Quoted by laeeqkhan
(1 John 5:8) - "For there are three that bear witness, the Spirit and the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement."
Are you christian laeegkhan?
For the above can almost be explained as the holy trinity.
Holy spirit of God is in everybody. One just has to hear.

Yes all read the same. The differences arise where for example, sunnis say that while praying hands should be tied, while shias say that they should be straight on the side. The way prayers is made is not in the Quran. In the Quran there are commandments for prayer. The personal example of the Holy Prophet (Sunnah) explains how to pray.
Quran is exactly the same. 100% No difference at all anywhere! No versions, no differences, same intact Arabic text as it was when revealed. Take one Quran from Indonesia and another from USA, they will be the same, or Iran or Morocco or anywhere. Not only that, it is even read the same since 1400 years, in its original language Arabic. So all Muslims learn to atleast read Arabic, since even the five daily prayers are in Arabic too.

Perhaps words. You answered all read it the same.
Perhaps better said would be..Do all understand it the same?
