Ok now i need something explained to me…
How does an Islamic state deal with the insane and the drug addicts…
Now Pakistan for instance has a serious heroin problem…Western thought suggests that we rehabilitate them what does Islam suggest?..
And as for the insane…i understand that obviously if you are insane you cant be sinful but in terms of legislation how would you deal with schizophrenics etc…do we have mental asylums in Islam or are their crimes dealt with normally?..

Actually it didnt answer quite a few things...
How does Islam legislsate on the issue in practice...
So if someone insane is murdering people in an Islamic state do we have mental asylums which attempt to rehabilitate them?...are they confined and kept away from the general population?...or are they judged without any psychological assessment and judged as any other criminal would?...
And as for the drug issue...iv already asked...how would an Islamic state handle a drug epidemic...
Naturally i believe in Gods law on Earth but id like a greater understanding of how it works practically...in dealing with real issues...so any answers would be much appreciated...
