islam and other religens

A Jew is any person whose mother was a Jew or any person who has gone through the formal process of conversion to Judaism.

It is important to note that being a Jew has nothing to do with what you believe or what you do. A person born to non-Jewish parents who has not undergone the formal process of conversion but who believes everything that Orthodox Jews believe and observes every law and custom of Judaism is still a non-Jew, even in the eyes of the most liberal movements of Judaism, and a person born to a Jewish mother who is an atheist and never practices the Jewish religion is still a Jew, even in the eyes of the ultra-Orthodox. In this sense, Judaism is more like a nationality than like other religions, and being Jewish is like a citizenship.

Correct.

why does it matter what religion close and far from Islam? asking which people calling themselves terrorists and peaceful practitioners are close and afar. because that's the raging problem around the world today.

i know numerous musalmaans (atleast that's what we called them in my little town) and even though I have not been in touch with any of them for decades since moving to US, I can never believe any of them to be terror mongers. I hope these are the kind of people close to Islam, for Islam's sake.

on the other hand the osama's and Abu Sayayd and Saddam Husaein type of refuse are the ones who make all the noise and the power mongering ruler such as the sauds and even the musharaf's of the such countries end up trading affluence for power with these devils. now, again for Islam's sake, I hope these are the ones far from Islam.

Whether one God and many Gods or one God in many forms or many Gods in form - as long as you pray to Goodness, use any language - in that respect all religions are the same.

Chal,

Irrespective of what we speak, we communicate perfectly well. I have friends from Sudan and Nigeria, broken English and all that, we comminicate fine. When we say

"La illa ill Allah Muhammad dur rasool Allah"

No barriers remain.

My brothers in China will be ok, insha-allah. And yes I have much in common with Indian Hindus-thats why some of my very best friends at University are Hidus, from India. #

I have no beef with Hindus, Christians, ect ect ect-its really just Israelis, as opposed to Jews......thats not to say I love Jews, but an non Israeli jew maybe should be allowed to live.

And I speak hip-hop?

News to me, I speak regular English, same as you more or less, and you should check out the band SIMPLE PLAN-they are way cool.
