Islam as we all know is a religion based on equality. It’s stance about the status and role of women in society is clear which all of us (muslims) believe as perfect and reasonable.
Having said that where does ‘‘feminism’’ fit in all of this for a muslim woman? or it’s just another fashion word?

Islam is as a religion which brought real 'feminism', the freedom, respect for women, compared to the days prior to 'Islamic' time.

well it's good you think like that. But I've a slight disagreement , don't you think Islam in itself is an ''ism'' . It's followers don't need to look up to any other ''ism''.
