Well most of the muslims do condemn them but some of them say things contrary to this which one can see they show a conditional support for them. Ibtesam is the leader of the Al-e-Hadees of Pakistan son of Allama Ihsan Illahi who mudered long time ago.
Even Dr Israr is more or less of the same view.

I’m glad we reached this unified conclusion so quickly that majority of the muslims do condemn bad guyz which summarizes that muslims are far different and opposite to self-proclaimed ISIS. That answers the topic.
As for others, there are always small factions in each every group existing in the world but as per basic democratic rule, majority is what we need to consider.

There is no room for democracy in Islam - Islam follows Allah’s orders - like Dr Israr says whether you like it or not - there was no nikah with concubines!

I dont know who is He, however, no one represents Islam except Quran.. human make mistakes (insan ghaltiyon ka putla hai) and a human can only be right only if he/she is talking from the actual context of Quran, but if he/she is wrong according to Quran, then he/she is lying or have no knowledge.. and so, have nothing to do with Islam..
Quran condemns doing zina/sex as well as killing any innocent whether muslim or non-muslim.. so Quran & Islam have nothing to do with whatever any person say or do..
so I think you are misled about Islam.. you need to read Quran to get knowledge about it.. however if you’re a non-believer, then atleast for the sake of humanity, elegance and kindness, stay away from hurting, bad-mouthing or messing with people/religion/beliefs for no reason.. 
or if there is any reason that is making you restless then dont relate people’s mistakes to Islam/Quran or any other religion..
P.S: you seems a non-believer and proving that non-believers are more messy and full of hatred than the people who believes..

You really need to read Quran with translation - Dr Israr Ahmed was very well know and respected Islamic Scholar of Pakistan.

lol, I am not talking about Dr Israr Ahmed, infact I quoted your earlier post..
however, an appropriate word is War-captive instead of concubine..
and I dont know if there are war-captives anymore as this system has been abolished many years ago since “Jails”..
war-captives were those who were captured during religious war only.. and after capturing them, they took them to their homes.. and even war-captives had rights then.. they weren’t treated badly.. and yes it is permitted in Islam.. but as I told you, scholars came to this point that there is no religious war anymore as well as jail-system has implemented thats why it has been abolished.. but if it ever happen again, Yes war-captives can be used for that purpose, and it’s optional.. and it is written in Quran.. not believing in it will go against ALLAH.. so I believe in it that it is permitted in Islam..

It seems some people are too late to have been born in this era! And ISIS has got certification in this thread for its action in Syria & Iraq as they made captives and concubines only Yazidies as they are kafir but let go the ahl-e-kitab!

One of the reforms of Umer Bin Aziz was to allow zhimmies to convert to Islam as the previous caliphs deliberately kept them non muslims so that they can continue to receive the money from them.
