Not quite true. Al Qaeda/ Nusra are also opposed to ISIS, mostly for hijacking (haha, get the pun?) their program. There is an amusing spat between the two. ISIS basically claims that its existence negates the raison d’etre for Al Qaeda.
That may be the case now but intially zarqawi was the grandad of isis… Where baghdadi practically succeeded zarqawis deputy. Ideologically they are all they same pond scum.
Yeah what on earth were they thinking? Qasim suleimani was correct in that they are a useless bunch … Not sure though it was more assad than his agents..he seems to be too busy playing video games.
As for isis; it seems there are quite a few hands responsible.. Iraq invasion; to camp bucca, finance & training in syria.. To obama refusing to attack until his conditions are met..etc..
The irony of responding in urdu to a post, entirely in English, in a thread where until now everything has been written in English. Also, included a hyperlink within a screenshot, which renders it unclickable.
What I find funny in all this is that the “Caliph” Baghdadi has made very few public appearances, and shares NOTHING in line with Muhammad SAW and the following 4 caliphs in Islamic history. This Baghdadi guy doesn’t have the ****'s to show his face? He sure thinks he is a lion of sorts, but when it comes to facing the world for all his crimes in the name of Islam, he can’t?
Iraqi forces battling to wrest Tikrit from ISIS are now in control of the city, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said Tuesday on Iraqiya TV. Al-Abadi, who is also the top military commander, said on state television that the city was liberated.
Muslim Youth League UK (MYL), an active UK based Islamic youth organisation, has declared an ideological war against ISIS and other terrorist groups. Issuing a 7-point declaration on the 27th of March, at an event in Glasgow, they claimed the terrorist groups have ‘no link with Islam or the Muslim community’.
The Youth League represents young Muslims from around the UK and works actively to promote unity and tolerance. It hopes to embolden other Muslim organisations to issue similar declarations that unequivocally condemn extremism.
The denunciation by the League comes at a time when ISIS recruitment is on the rise in the UK. Shaykh Rehan Ahmed Raza, president of Muslim Youth League UK and a community activist from Glasgow has said “our efforts are aimed at deterring further ISIS recruitment in Britain and defending the Muslim community, who feel their religion has been hijacked”…
