Intelligence report: ISI plot to spread HIV in Army

SILIGURI: The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has received an intelligence report that Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) plans to spread HIV among personnel of the Indian army and para-military forces.
A recent intelligence report from Delhi had apprised the SSB of the ISI’s design, likely to be implemented with the help of some militant organisations, SSB Deputy Inspector General G S Sarna told reporters here.
Addressing an awareness camp on AIDS yesterday at Madan Jote village bordering Nepal, 30 km from here, Sarna asked SSB personnel to frustrate the ISI plan by practising safe sex.
The SSB, which is engaged in guarding the Nepal and Bhutan borders, has taken steps to check the supply of syringes to its hospitals and health units.
According to Sarna, a little negligence at any stage of testing of the syringes may have serious consequences.

What a sick mentality of Hindus, how can this AIDs spread in this manner. Common, shut down bollywood, close all the brothels, close ll the small scale widespread prostitution in every small little dwelling, stop presenting naked women in your media… if you want to curb this AIDs epidemic.
Most importantly, free the geographical areas you have forcefully occupied where your soldiers spend time and cannot visit their homes. What would they do except spreading AIDs…

Read this. That is why AIDs is spreading in Idnia, due to their narrow mindedness. They think if male circuncision will be legalised, more peole will turn to Islam and it will be promoting Islam.

Even though HIV/AIDS research has shown that male circumcision could play an effective role in reducing the transmission of infection, Indian government has adopted a cautious approach on the issue due to its social and religious implication.
''It (male circumcision) is not our priority. Moreover, there is not much scientific validation available about its effectiveness as HIV/ prevention tools,‘’ Health Minister Anbumani Ramadoss said when asked about the government’s stand on the emerging consensus among the scientific community about the effectiveness of circumcision as HIV prevention tool.
Even HIV/AIDS activists have advised caution on the issue of implementing this method in India in view of the political and social ramifications.
''Already Hindu religious leaders have started saying that this is a ploy to convert everyone to Islam. So we would advise caution to be adopted in case of India as there could be political and social backlash on the issue,‘’ said Shivanand Khan of the Naz Foundation Intenrational which works for the rights of Men Having Sex with Men group.

Summary
Observational studies from Africa have shown that circumcised men are less likely to become infected with HIV. However, because of confounding by sexual practices, the causal relation between circumcision and protection against HIV infection has been difficult to determine. These investigators randomized 3128 uncircumcised, HIV-seronegative men (age range, 18-24) in South Africa to circumcision or to observation followed by circumcision at the end of the study. The procedures were performed in local practitioners’ offices, and participants were followed up at 3, 12, and 21 months.
The study was terminated early, after a planned interim analysis showed significant efficacy for circumcision. Overall, during a mean 18 months of follow-up, 20 HIV infections occurred among circumcised men and 49 among uncircumcised men — representing a significant 60% decrease in HIV risk. About 4% of circumcised participants had adverse events related to the surgery, none serious. At the end of the study, only four circumcised men were dissatisfied with the appearance of their penis. Circumcised men reported somewhat higher risk behavior during the study, and fewer clinic visits for genital problems.

Guys the question is not if HIV risk can be reduced by what % or not.... the issue is that some SSB has received some very "intelligent" report that Pakistan' ISI is planning to increase HIV in Indian military.
Now for example what is that Indian army can do to avoid it? or what method do they think ISI is planning?
Or is it that a big chunk of Indian military is already affected by HIV and now they are trying to figure out how to disclose it to their nation.... probably they are blaming ISI in 2-3 years advance when they will disclose it and then say "see we knew ISI was planning on it".

Its about time Indians call ISI their daddy too. Why not since every thing from terrorism, to earth quakes, floods, plagues, starvations, suicides etc.. is the handy work of ISI and now AIDS too.. What next, Manmohan an ISI agent?...
