This sure is a first. The ISI has never been answerable to anyone. Not that anyone ever dared to question.
Now the Senate committee for defense issues headed by Nisar Memon declared that now on the ISI would share its workings with the senate committe concerned with defense.

I wonder if US pressure forced the ISI to at least pretend to be answerable to some politcal authority. But we will likely not know how much truth will surface since its a closed meeting.
