Actually he bought it when he was minister of ports and shipping…and as u may know he remained minister in mushy term and later during ppp term…
So yeah he bought it during his tenure as public office holder…

Why would “CM” issue order for someone’s release? The order should come from judiciary.

It is duty of administration to check police acts and to issue order of release if they think , someone is wrongfully arrested

Agreed 100%. CM has no authority to order the release of accused criminal. He should have got him released through court bail orders rather then giving direct orders. If Rao is telling the truth, CM Sindh should go to jail for protecting the chief of target killers.
