Can love of a human being for another human being lead to love of God?
It’s something about true love and metaphorical love i.e ishq-e-haqeeqi and ishq-e-majaazi.

All I heard that if one say (hope, pray or make dua) to Almighty Allah that for your sake (love) i will (continue) love the another human (person) then if Almighty Allah wills, we starts love that another person and so that person too. Such love (ishq) close us towards HIM. Don't know how to explain you about ishq-e-haqeeqi and/or ishq-e-majaazi.
