im in a dilemma, my brother is getting married this year, and i have got spots all over my face we got 6 months left before we go abroad for the wedding, i dont no what to do, these are the things i have tried so far, but none of them have worked, i have used cucumber moisturiser, no marks oily skin cream, t zone gel pore face wash, and cyclax apricot face scrub, now i have vapour rup on one of my spots to see if it works, to clear it. by the way i have got really oily skin, HELP me please. im so stressed. thanks for your replies in advance.
vick vaporub? ummmm....no? :/ i dont see how it would help. why dont u go to a dermatologist for the spots? they'd probably prescribe something. what do u mean by spots anyway? raised pimples or acne pigmentation or freckles???what? they're all treated differently.
try a benzoyl peroxide cream to treat the acne and retin A (at night) to get rid of the marks. you also have to wear a sunblock when out in the sun. you need a prescription from a dermatologist to get retin A. use a good cleanser and moisturizer that wont dry out your skin or aggravate the acne. not to repeat myself but with any serious skin condition like acne the best thing is to go to a dermatologist than treat it yourself because you might make it worse by using the wrong stuff.
i had the same problem and i found the solution for it and i can't believe it works... get neem ka patta grind it or u can also get neem powder u can buy at desi grocery store thats what i got. and add multani mitti and rose water all theree mix and make paste put on face everyday and it works , oil, spots, everything goes away, especially its good to use in the summer. TRY IT IT WORKSSSSS
buy an aloe vera plant, break a leave from it, and the aloe vera that cms out of it, apply to areas where u have spots, it helsp but u have to do it regualrly
Agree with shweetdreamz, Benzoyl peroxide is the best thing to use along with retin or a gycolic acid cleanser or a peel mask to get rid of any scars. While the BP will kill the bacterial, the glycolic acid cleaner helps to remove dead skin cells and encourages skin renewal to get rid of scars etc. You may have to pay abit extra to invest in a good glycolic cleanser.
i suggest drinking lots ov water, cutting out greasy food (fast food). im using ubtan at the moment its alright its havin a good effect on my skin. if u have scars then theres Bio-Oil u can use get its from Boots or superdrugs its in a wht n orange packing!

Rub a tomato slice on your face for a week each day & then rub lemon juice on your spots another week. Use alternatingly and you should see great results. :)
im going to get all the stuff i need and am gonna try out the suggestions and see what works best for me. thanks so much i dont no what i wouldnt have done if this help wasnt here. :)
