i usually go on super hydration mode when my body starts doing weird thing.. i drink loads of water and make a habit of visiting bathroom.. and magically it works.. be it fever, nasal/cold congestion, muscles hurting, any kind of aches, feeling crappy, lost of energy, whatever.. water heals
