There is a difference between execution and torture… if you speak truly chances are you may not be tortured besides you are often not proven to be guilty anyway so until then you wont be tortured at least thats how it should work in my opinion. If you commit a crime and then it does not matter what you think or say you will be punished and execution is garunteed in that sense.

the problem is torture. i think that was one of main reason why we all cried 24/7 in drawing rooms & forums …on what is happening at abu gharaib & Guantanamo.

hence, don’t endorse torture at any point. I think problem is solved Houston.
