Re: is this true
Mankind is the best creation of Allah Almighty. Allah Almighty made the Blessed Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) the best of Mankind. He is the most beloved to Allah Almighty so much so that Allah Almighty and all of His angels send their blessings on the Blessed Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Allah Almighty commands the believers to do the same!
Lo! Allah and His angels shower blessings on the Prophet. O ye who believe! Ask blessings on him and salute him with a worthy salutation. al-Ahzab 33:56
First and foremost we must know and acknowledge that Prophet Muhammad is a human being. Allah created him as a human being. He has flesh and bone. He felt pain and hunger. Good thing s pleased him and evil things angered him, he got married and had children ….etc. etc……
The proof is that Allah mentioned in al-Qur’an that [Qul innama 'Ana Basharum-Mithlukum Yuha ilay] which means [O Muhammad tell them that: I am a human being like you, Allah sends on me the revelation]. So he is a human being, but the best of Allah’s creations!!. He was the supreme and the Last Prophet and Messenger of Allah Almighty to the whole of Mankind and the Jinn.
So following is the reference to his circumcision when was seven days old as was the custom of the Arabs.
His mother immediately sent someone to inform his grandfather ‘Abdul-Muttalib of the happy event. Happily he came to her, carried him to Al-Ka‘bah, prayed to Allâh and thanked Him. ‘Abdul-Muttalib called the baby Muhammad, a name not then common among the Arabs. He circumcised him on his seventh day as was the custom of the Arabs. [Ibn Hisham 1/159,160; Zad Al-Ma’ad 1/18; Muhadarat Tareekh Al-Umam Al-Islamiyah 1/62]
Lady Fatimah (may Allah Almighty be pleased with her) one of four daughters of the Blessed Prophet (peace be upon him). She was human too and all had human attributes. She was the favourite child of the Blessed Prophet (peace be upon him). Like her sisters she got married and had children.
It is mostly the Shia and the extreme Sufis who attribute Divine like qualities to them.
Thanks for your post … but there was “the seal of prophethood” between his shoulder blades on his back, just in the line with his heart … when he ( SAW ) was born … right?
