In Pakistan we get those open Yogurts at the milk shop right, by the kilo? Noticed the water surrounding the yogurt once it sits for a while? That water is Whey also known as Whey Protein.

Milk shop owners care less about it and would not mind selling the water to you for close to nothing, you can make use of it post workout if you want.
