recently i been told that delivery is free in newyork ?
as u paid taxes so when its delivery time govt pays for it..

completely wrong. taxes are not paid to hospitals. they are paid to govts. the only way to get a free delivery is if ur on medicaid. the only way u get that is if ur a low-income individual. everyone else has to pay whatever is not covered by their health insurance.

Healthcare is so expensive in the US it's not even funny. It's free for those who make under a certain amount for a living.
