I used to do 6 in 26 so 5 in 25 is not too difficult.
Yeah it's possible. You just have to be fit enough to do it.

How many miles is that? Because I do 4 miles in an hour and that's just walking. I think it is very much possible. I have seen people running on treadmills at 8 or 9 mph for an hour without any break.
^ its like 3 miles..which is about 8 minutes a mile..very possible to do..

I Mile = 1.609 Kilometers
I usually run 1 mile (4.609 kilometers) in 4-5 minutes.
I have run 3 miles (4.827 kilometers) in 18 minutes.
So yes, it is possible to run 5 kilometers in 25 minutes.

5km races at a stretch are for guys only, not for women. even then not all guys can pull it off, at a stretch. those who can, 25 mins is quite the avg. no need to try that as a fitness regime for yrself silly.
women kay liyay toa 500m ki sprint hi kaafi hota hay hapnay kay liyay. if u r planning to jog/run long distance for fitness, dont think too much about the distance covered or the time. just keep a resonable speed, thats easy to maintain just not too easy. :)
