I like it. I'd probably do the neckline and sleeves differently. But I love the bottom and colors.

I think it is a skirt and not a lengha.

I would also agree with sahar on the sleeves and neckline, I think i will prefer little bit of sleeves and a bit higher neckline, I like the design around the neckline and the cut of the skirt. It’s pretty! By the way I think $350 is a bit too much for it. The other day I saw this beautiful skirt at Macy's with similar cut, it was white with white bead and self embroidery. The skirt and shirt together were I guess $120. I will put this out fit in the same price range.

i like the top but the skirt is not practical - it wont look as good if you wear it on any occasion...

It’s nice but i would never buy it for myself. I much rather prefer something like the pics below if i were to spend $350, but it all depends on your personal taste.

It's interesting, i like the pattern... maybe i would get it as a shalwar kameez and the kameez wud definitely have sleeves and a weee bit higher neckline. but yeah its cute. but not worth 350..

wear the same shirt and dupatta with bell bottoms or trousers, even a shalwar instead of that skirty thing (Whats it called? dont tell me thats also a lehnga?!)
