I have two medicines that i need to take daily (whether i do..is another story 
) as well as vitamins and not to mention the few tylenol/advil/midol that might come in handy, for me or for anyone else.. so i keep them all in one prescription bottle. a friend asked em for some advil and i gave it to her and wen she saw the bottle, she looked at it in disgust… so like is i tnot safe at all to keep these meds together? do they get in efective when mixed with each other? Also i’ve heard the formula matters as well…like gel tabs/coated tabs are okay but the onse that are chalky will rub off and become ineffective…

No they don't get ineffective, just trying not giving meds to others from your personal kit. Many ppl don't like other ppl touching the meds. In such scenarios just make an excuse that you don't have it.

Just not a good idea.
If you are trying to conserve space cuz you carry a tiny purse (reminds me of Pink`d Out), then just get one of those pretty little pill boxes that are velvet lined with two or three divisions inside.

It's not safe to keep different medicines in 1 bottle for a long time. As muzna mentioned, get 1 of those pill boxes, they are really cheap and available at most dollar stores.

Sara i wouldnt do it just to be on the safe side....just get the pill case thingy...its not to big and will fit in any handbag
lolzz...muzna it has changed into one big with the small tiny one inside with all the essentials....life is complicated when it comes to handbags

I have pharmacy subjects and you shouldnt take the medicin out of the original bottle, because the original bottles are normally made so they suit the medicin (light, no light, air tight bla bla). When you take the medicin out of the original bottle, and put it with other medicin, it might lose effect. So therefor, dont do that. Keep them original for most beneficial effect :)

Best to get a pill box with divisions. Helps to keep everything fresh and easy to identify.

It isnt safe for you to mix your pills. You may accidentally take the wrong pill at the wrong time or take too many of the same pill. It's best like everyone else mentioned to buy a pill case. better safe then sorry.

Ae, accidentally taking the wrong one or too many is very unlkely for me. in fakt i dont even taek the ones i’m supposed tot ake
Lusi acutally i dont mind giving someone an advil or tylenol if they need it, these things be spensive u know..
