so when i’m having meals…i usually put stuff in my plate, like a little bit of everything and then as i’m eating i start to pick stuff out and just move it to the side. kinda trick myself into thinking i don’t want it or i’m full. like if something has chicken and potatoes, i’ll just slowly remove the potatoes and eventually throw em away.
Normal tu nahi ho for sure. But eat what you want to eat. Simple. Change how you eat by taking what you like MOST. For example, chicken or potato..well eat chicken first. And also pepsi kam piya karo..no good for health.
wasting food is not right to begin with. if you do NOT like it then do NOT take that thing in your plate. it's ok if they are spices like laung, kali mirch, ilaichi etc. i'm sure you can leave aaloo and chicken before you put your food in your plate.
