fast or eat limited amounts twice a week … Eat heavy one day a month … You may have to force yourself as you will be in the habit of not eating much.
follow the plans earlier … When doing workouts take a glucose drink about an hour earlier … It is quick and immediate … And it will give you residual energy to do more exercise without putting on weight.

paklady i am just here. actually this month was so busy at office end. this affected my fitness routine as well.. I have gained 1 kg this month but i am back on track now. Psyah thank you so much .. i’ll definitly follow whatever you have suggested. i did not know about tricking the body. i’ll keep that in mind now
My waist went down from 34 to 32 inches. and today its in between 31.5 - 32
