paklady i am just here. actually this month was so busy at office end. this affected my fitness routine as well.. I have gained 1 kg this month but i am back on track now. Psyah thank you so much .. i’ll definitly follow whatever you have suggested. i did not know about tricking the body. i’ll keep that in mind now

My waist went down from 34 to 32 inches. and today its in between 31.5 - 32
And Good for you that you are back.just foues on your goal. Bad days come and go. Don’t loss your focus.
