To discuss about hot and cute (so called) singers, actors and actresses.

p.s. According to a hadith, on the day of judgement everyone would be raised with whom he loved the most ( when we love someone, we discuss and talk more about them)

I also don't know the exact meaning, but have seen people using it in the sense of "better" I think.
