english medium schools are so common that it doesn't even matter. The only issue is that very few are truly English medium, most are something in between. They actually have non-English medium schools in India? English is really the common language everyone understands.

^C'mon now which world u r living in.there r plenty of non english medium schools in india.
Even in few states u dont have to pass in english subject to complete ur school though they teach english as a subject in every school.
we have got gujrati,tamil,hindi,urdu,telugu,kannada,bengali ...............mediums
