or is this just normal diareah ( spelling?)

sorry maybe TMI, but sometimes ive notcied that without warning, and within miliseconds il have an accident…literally as im about to go to the loo, itsd too late. its embarrasing now and its without warning…is this just diareah, or could it be something else…its the 4th time in a few weeks now…and im worried.

also reminds me of pelvic floor exc we were told to do, any relation?

Peeing is normal...thats why u are meant to do those clenching excercises...

The pooing... Not so much... That partof ure body isnt meant to be lose ... Atleast not cuz of childbirth..
