There is an ayat is quran which allows "everything" between a husband and a wife. Further evidence just restricts two kinds of sexual activity (as being unnatural or unclean) and the underlying concept of "modesty" restricts many activities to privacy of their bedroom. Other than that nothing is resticted.

So, french kissing, or lip kissing seems permissible between a husband and a wife.
