Njgal I know what u mean, a while back there was a thread by a friend of mine who was concerned about his parents who were living in a different country moving to US with him because they really would not know anyone in Pakistan, and they cant be in the country they have spent much of their life in
I just wanted to gauge it, because I think we have some wonderful members and amazing mods, and some really good advisors who can give perspective and encouragement on the most difficult of topics.
As i saw the threads, I began to wonder if in my own bubble these issues are not something I am that exposed to or are they really so pervasive that the same themes keeps popping up.
kaun, it does not have to be in this thread, and people may not want to bring out real family issues and needs whether its privacy or keeping up appearances or whatever, its understandable, but just like we are discussing supposedly hypothetical issues like the ones pointed out, others are not seen.
But as I said, maybe its demographics, that these themes are the real issues a large number of posters are facing, I dont know.
To be honest Pir Sahab its also got to do with the age group of the posters on this forum, who do not view life from the same angle as some of us oldies, and some just come here to have fun and to get away from those discussed problems.
