Is this actually legal? Or can you get in big trouble?

Ok my plan is to record albums of my Pakistani Urdu CD’s like Junoon, VS, etc. to mp3 format and real audio.
After that I’ll put it on my website.
(a) Will I get in any sort of trouble for having “illegal” stuff on my site because I haven’t got the written permission from the company?
(b)What if I say, this is only for testing, trying out, and if you really like the CD please go and buy it? And I’ll also write teh companies logo and copyright date of the CD, and cover. What if I say, I’m doing this for the companies sake, because many Pakistani’s outside of Pakistan don’t know the latest music, and this will help them get a look at it and possibly buy it. And what if I say, you must delete the mp3 within 24 hours after downloading. What about I put a disclaimer stating, I’m not held responsible for and legal actions if anything happens to you, etc.?
(c)Is there any legal problems I can get into trouble for? something dealing with the law?
(d)If all of the above is safe, do you think it’s safe for me to put the music on a site like geocities or someones server(although I don’t know anyone that is willing to give up space on their server)?

I’m talking about only urdu cd’s not english, american music.

For example sites, muziqpakistan.com and pakistanimusic.com , do u guys know if they have got in any kind of trouble with the music companies or law? Please inform me with some information, thank-you very much.

pplschmp- write me back, sorry i am using your post to get this too, but maybe you'll reply to this.
