but she can make roti /paratha with jawar ka ata or other whole wheat ata that is available everywhere in pakistan
^heck she can even make bread if she has an oven at home.
its also easier to lose weight in pakistan as people eat way less processed foods..
just eat loads of fruits, and veggies...in summer it drops off
