I keep falling down from stairs (twice I’ve heavily bruised my right side from foot to waist), bumping into things and awesomely tripping sometimes…
so is there any way to prevent this? and what kind of shoes I wear varies from converses, heels to wedges.
for the time being I avoid stairs and if I have to I cling to the rail.
help please :<

Re: Is there any way to combat clumsyness?
OK - this should work. Have someone ensure there is no money in your purse at any time. We can call this heel prevention drive.

Re: Is there any way to combat clumsyness?
ok ok. your problem is not that difficult. take your time when you step on each stair lets say 20 second. or take your heels off when using stairs.
Problem solved.

haha thanks guys..
Re: Is there any way to combat clumsyness?
I used to be the same way. You need to train your balance and muscle coordination. There are tons of exercises you can just incorporate in your daily life. Falling off the stairs is a big big indicator of poor balance. Here are some very basic ones but I am sure you can find tons on the net.

Re: Is there any way to combat clumsyness?
Take 1 cup each of mayonaise and coconut oil. Mix thoroughly and add 4 tablespoons of garlic paste and 1 teaspoon ground up mustard seeds. Let it pickle for a couple of days, then apply on your hair. Leave it in overnight, as this releases special pheromones which will clear the vestibular system in your inner ear. Let me know if this works for you!
