which increase bufering of online videos in different sites like youtube and other online darmas, movies and food shows sites

im not using shlow internet its 1mb but still its takes so much time to buffer 3 min video..what should i do
is there any problem in my windows or what

i feel it was fast before atleast not slow as much as it is now

How much RAM you have ? Using more lighter browser like Chrome might help . But in the end it does depend on your internet download speed . Make sure your system is not downloading any other stuff while you are trying to watch the video .

Pause the video on youtube and let it load in the background. Once its loaded 100%, press play, and it should play seamlessly.

There is also a Firefox extension (greesemonkey script) that stops the auto-playing of anything on YT. Not sure if it works on other sites.
