Is there any possibility....?

that someone in the hotel might have added some amount of drugs to the food that was served to Mohammad Asif in his room, during the IPL ?

Just asking if this could be possible, because no sane person would like to repeat such a mistake at such a level, when he was recently warned for the same charge.

We all know, Mohammad Asif was the next big thing in Pakistani cricket, so of course there might be people after him…

:chai:

well … there might be a possibility ..
every one is innocent until proven guilty …

Re: Is there any possibility....?

He also got caught red-handed with the drugs at Dubai International Airport and didn't he say it was from a doctor back home?

Yeah maan you are right.

Re: Is there any possibility....?

I don't know if Nandrolene kind of stuff is taken only once, I'd think you have to take it repeatedly for some time, anyone has more info on that?

That is a logical reasoning, but still it is mind blowing to think that a person who is so talented, even once promoted to vice captaincy and was recently banned for one year can be so careless and irresponsible when using medicine. Is it due to lack of education ?!

I am pretty sure or atleast I hope he was educated about drugs the first time he got into trouble.

But I am surprised at your comment about being talented yet being so irresponsible. There are tons of talented individuals all over the world who act careless and irresponsible. In cricket for example, Shane Warne was banned for drugs. The list of high profile people who get into trouble is endless....look at all the celebrities who keep getting into trouble.

Re: Is there any possibility....?

I think Shoaib Akhtar did it.
