To all the people,

This gora at work asked me a question if i could prove that if there is life after death. We were just having a conversation and he came up with this question and I asked me if I could make him belive that thee is life after death. According to him its an evalution, and after death nothing happens; the human body just don't work. If anyone could help me with this please.

No proof. None whatsoever, it's a matter of belief, and it solely depends on what you believe in.

YES, the proof positive came when these two priests posing as Muslims were digging a tunnel to the Our Prophet's (PBUH) Roza Mubarak, and Rasul Allah(PBUH) came to the ruler of Madina at the time in his dream and showed him their faces, so he could recognize them in a line up the next day. 1400 yrs after He(PBUH) passed away, would come to this ruler and inform of an emminent danger that was real.

That would mean that all the Prophets like Job (pbuh), who had pus and sores all over his body or Jesus (pbuh) who was supposedly crucified or Mohammed (pbuh) who was pelten with rocks, abused and chased from his own house and city and countless other Prophets led accursed lives while the Pharoah, the Romans and People of Lot were blessed because they had an abundance of wealth and power...

If rewards could be collected in this lifetime, the greatest rewards would be reaped by those who had led the most painful lives...

Now tell me where is justice in that? Is this what you get to lead a pious life? Amazing.

It is scientifically and historically proven that following Allah :swt:'s commands not only elevates on spiritually and mentally but alleviates many of the social ills that plague societies…

PLease give an example where you physically saw or heard this happening. (I am talking about underlined sentence). I know about the social plagues of the ill society and agree that they may be cured by following religion.

Actually, I think you can categorize this. Proof has different levels. I will agree with you there is no physical proof that we can perceive. Logically, its really a matter of belief then as you say. Ultimately, we all use this eath we live on as an example for many things and as signs to justify what we say.

I think the most convincing proof is for those people who sometimes see true dreams involving those who are dead. Though this happens rarely and is confined to the person who saw the dream unless he communicates it timely enough for it to happen so someone may be a witness to it.

They are called trials for a reason…If you lead a life of hardship for the cause of God, and remain steadfast and pious, what you receive later on, which is for eternity, is far more greater than what the treasures of the universe can hold for you…

A true believer is not upset by the trivialities of life…He leads a life contented and at peace…

Yes, I do accept my mistakes unlike some other people :halo: . Would you like to share your thoughts on life after death and 72 hoors? Or you are just too happy thinking about it to think of anything else.

Yes you are right that unlike some other people you accepted your mistake and am glad.

About sharing my thoughts…well I believe in life after death and try to do what is according to Quran and Sunnah. I don’t pay much attention to 72 hoors or what ever but I do all this (follow Islam) purely for the love of Allah :swt: and Prophet Mohammad :swa:.
