The video of shameful act conducted by unknown militants to a 17 year old girl in swat appeared.
Some government officials are saying that there is a possibility that the video might not be original and might have had made by US itself to sabotage the swat peace process and in order to pave the way to attack Pakistan by continuously launching a propaganda campaign against muslims, Islam and ISI as well as against Pakistan
Moreover, some questions also arise which go against USA that are;
This incident took place on 3rd January, but why this propaganda is continuously done and shown after 3 months? Why not at that time?
Some more allegations and UnIslamic acts were also seen in this video that are;
-When giving punishment to woman it is not permissible in Islam to lie her down but to sat her down then to give punishment but only in case of adultery or hudood cases, and if someone has 4 witnesses of adultery then they must have to show them otherwise this is a brutality and the responsible persons must be punished according to Islamic law
-Second allegation is that woman must be all covered according to Islam when you are giving punishment to her but here her shalwar was clearly seen
-Third allegation is that during punishment no one can hold woman but here 3 men may be gher mehram holded her which is UnIslamic act
-Moreover to make video films in such a situation of woman is strictly prohibited in Islam.
Now, moreover, this is also a fact being described that the name of village which media is saying in which this incident took place, it’s residents say that no such incident ever took place here.
And Rehman Malik also expressed the possibility that it might not be original video and may be a game plan of anyone else.some Taliban officials accept the responsibility of this act and many other also refuse to accept. So unclear replies are coming all around and this is a correct decision of supreme court to take self notice of this incident otherwise no one will know the correct situation or actual situation.
And suppose if we also claim that Taliban had done this then the question also arise that are Taliban muftis so ignorant and sleeping and blind that they would not have known that in case of giving such UnIslamic punishments not only of Pakistan but also muftis of entire muslim world will be against them and they will also lose support in people of their own country?
So, no one can say much about it that who had done this or is it any kind of act done by loya jirga or a group of some family members or any injustice jirga decision like chaudhry and panchayat system in Punjab who even don’t know the definition of law or Taliban or a propaganda campaign by US to create anger among Pakistani people against Taliban and to pave the way to attack Pakistan like aghanistan and iraq. Becoz when we see both of these countriz then before attacking them, similar kind of propaganda campaigns were started by American and western media
Now the question arises that is this video of girl in swat a tool used by USA to pave the way to invade Pakistan by creating anger amongst the people as they did in iraq and Afghanistan?
