I am with Diwana in this case. I think the world is very much male-dominated, but we as women can work our way around it. I very much liked this metaphor with the head is male and neck is female.
In my opinion male figures still rule even in Western countries, because somehow women are not able to unite and fight their way. What I see mostly is, that rather than working together, women perceive each other as competition.. With this thinking in mind we can never truely rule the globe...
